Since 1998 I have been exposed to different styles of yoga, from Kundalini to Anusara®, Iyengar to Sivananda and Vinyasa. In 2000 I received my first 200 hrs training in Sivananda style. In 2002, I took my first Anusara yoga class. It inspired me to learn more about this uplifting style of yoga. In 2010, I took part of a 200-hour teacher training. I am now influenced and teach in the Anusara style. After living 10 years in Belgium and the Netherlands, I am now settling in Northern Virginia.
After living for ten years in Europe, I have been back in the US, this time in Northern Virginia since 2016. I am available to teach private individual and small group classes for adults and children.
I am also available for mat Pilates classes.
